A university-run 学士編入/編入学 track that brings people who already hold a bachelor's (especially in science, engineering, or life sciences) into the regular 医学科/歯学科 undergraduate program at a mid-year entry point — not the 一般入試, not the 私費外国人留学生特別選抜, and not graduate school. Few schools offer it, slots are scarce, and offerings swing year to year, so there is no copy-paste national list. The real gate is usually a natural-science/life-science written exam, plus making a verifiable case in your 志望理由 and 面接 for why you're switching, what you studied before, and how it converts into medical ability. Most entries land at the 第2年次; since medicine and dentistry are six-year programs, you typically still need around five more years to graduate, then progress through the 共用試験 (CBT/OSCE) and the 医師/歯科医師国家試験.
