Drafting, review, matching, parsing, conversation and transcription rely on third-party large language models (LLMs). 3. Admissions and Official Information
Application deadlines, admission guidelines, residence requirements and costs change every year and age quickly. The Service offers reference snapshots and organizing frameworks and links to official pages as the primary entry point; our displays may be incomplete, outdated or inconsistent with current rules.
Always rely on the latest information published by each university, graduate school and authority. Consequences of relying on admissions or official information shown on the Service are your responsibility.
4. Exam Dojo and Practice Content
- Dojo practice questions, mock tests and explanations are for practice; they are not reproductions of any current live exam and do not represent actual exam scope, format mix or difficulty;
- Questions, answers and explanations may contain errors; the organizing body's official materials are authoritative;
- Practice scores, accuracy rates and mock results reflect practice performance only and neither predict nor guarantee any real exam pass or score.
5. Career and Company Information
- Industry/role materials and company deep-dive reports are curated from public information; selection flows, compensation and hiring plans change by year and company policy — confirm via official company channels;
- AI-generated company research, ES drafts and interview advice organize your thinking; they guarantee no passage of document screening, tests or interviews, and no job offer;
- For final judgments on working conditions, employment contracts and work visas, rely on formal company documents and official information, consulting professionals where needed.
6. Third-Party Data and External Links
Information on professors, universities and companies derives from public third-party sources (official university sites, researchmap, KAKEN, CiNii, corporate disclosures). We normalize and display it without guaranteeing its accuracy; when in doubt, consult the original official source. See the Data Sources page for correction and takedown requests.
The Service contains links to third-party websites for convenience only; linking implies no approval or endorsement, and we neither control nor accept responsibility for external sites' content, policies or availability.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Admission and employment outcomes depend on factors beyond our control — independent review by schools and companies, official policies, the quality of your materials and your own circumstances. Using the Service (including paid features) guarantees none of the following and must not be read as promising them:
- Admission to any school or laboratory;
- Passing or scoring in any exam;
- Obtaining a visa or residence status;
- Receiving a job offer or employment opportunity;
- Receiving scholarships or any form of funding.
8. Availability and Data Retention
- The Service may be interrupted, delayed or unavailable, temporarily or long-term, due to maintenance, upgrades, failures, network issues or third-party vendors;
- We may add, change, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service at any time;
- We make reasonable efforts to preserve your account data and generated results but do not guarantee permanent retention — back up important content yourself.
9. Dependence on Third-Party AI Services
AI features depend on third-party providers (e.g. DeepSeek, Google). Model and API availability, behavior, pricing and terms are controlled by those vendors; their changes, limits or discontinuation may alter, degrade or temporarily disable related features. Voice recognition and transcription may also contain errors — check transcripts before submitting. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for results caused by third-party service changes, outages or behavior.
10. Academic Integrity and Institutional AI Rules
Schools, graduate schools and reviewing bodies set their own rules on AI assistance, originality and academic integrity, and may change them. Before drafting or editing any submission with AI, check and comply with your target institutions' rules yourself; any duty to disclose AI use is yours. Consequences of violating such rules are your responsibility.
11. No Agency; Limitation of Liability
Using the Service creates no study-abroad agency, admissions consulting, visa agency, employment placement or other agency, mandate or fiduciary relationship between you and the Operator. All communication with and decisions toward schools, professors, companies and authorities are made by you, at your responsibility.
The scope of the Operator's disclaimers and the cap on its liability follow Articles 10 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) of the Terms of Service; liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law is unaffected by this disclaimer.
